Each package shows its deposit above. The balance is due when the store is finished and you are happy with it — nothing is held hostage.
The checkout uses a regulated payment provider and charges the same currency and amount shown on your package page.
Your package includes the listed rounds for preference changes. If anything misses the written brief, we correct it before final approval at no extra cost.
Your payment provider sends a transaction receipt. Rystella saves your order details for onboarding. The build fee shown is the total we charge; Shopify, domain, advertising, products, payment fees and any app or theme costs beyond your written scope are separate.
Most agencies hand you a login and vanish. Your store going live is the point where you actually need help — so that's where we stay.

All three packages target launch within 5 calendar days from kickoff. Kickoff begins after your deposit, brief, account access and product information are received; waiting for missing material pauses the timeline.
We set up Shopify Payments or another supported provider with cards, digital wallets, and express checkout options US customers recognize.
Each package shows the exact deposit required to start and the remaining balance due after approval. If you need a different split, ask — we would rather agree it up front than have it become awkward halfway through.
Revisions during the build are included, and the number depends on the package. After handover, small fixes are covered by your support window. Beyond that there is an optional Care Plan for ongoing updates and priority support.
The quoted package price is Rystella's one-time build fee. Your Shopify subscription, domain, products, advertising, payment-processing fees and any third-party app or theme outside the written scope are separate. We clarify expected extras before kickoff.
