Terms of Service
These terms apply when you order a store build from us or use rystella.com. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable — if any part is unclear, ask and we will explain it before you pay.
1. Who you are contracting with
This site is operated by Tushar Reddy, trading as Rystella (“Rystella”, “we”, “us”), based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Placing an order means you accept these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you are ordering for a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so on its behalf.
2. What we do
We design and build Shopify stores to order. What is included depends on the package you buy, and the full item-by-item list for each is published on its package page and in the downloadable deliverables PDF. Those lists are the definition of the work — if something is not on the list for your package, it is not included unless we have agreed it in writing.
We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting as an agent of Shopify, Meta, Google, Razorpay or any supplier platform.
3. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed when your deposit is received and we acknowledge it.
- The deposit starts the work. The balance is due when the store is finished and you have approved it, and before final handover of accounts and access.
- The price shown for a package is the total payable for it. No tax is added at checkout, and what you are charged is what the pricing page displayed.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details.
- Prices can change at any time, but the price you were shown when you paid your deposit is the price for your build.
If the balance is not paid within 30 days of the store being approved, we may suspend support and withhold transfer of accounts until it is settled.
4. What we need from you
A build cannot start without a brief. You agree to give us, promptly and accurately: your niche and product direction, brand preferences, any logos, images or copy you want used, and access to any accounts we need in order to do the work.
You are responsible for the legality of what you sell and for having the right to use anything you send us. If you provide content you do not own, or ask us to build a store for products that cannot lawfully be sold in your market, we may stop the work. Timelines pause while we are waiting on you.
5. Revisions and approval
You review the store before it is finalised. Revision rounds are included with every package, and where the store does not match the agreed brief we will correct it until it does. A change to the brief itself after work has started is new work, and we will quote for it before doing it.
If we do not hear from you for 30 days after sending a build for review, we may treat the work as approved so the project can be closed.
6. Ownership
On full payment, everything we build for you is yours — the store, the design, the branding, the content we wrote for it, and every account created for the project. We transfer them into your name and we do not retain control, licences, revenue shares or ongoing fees of any kind.
We keep the right to describe the work and show screenshots of the finished store in our portfolio and marketing. Tell us if you would rather we did not and we will not.
Third-party components — Shopify themes, apps, fonts, stock images — remain licensed under their own terms, which pass to you along with the store.
7. Support after launch
Each package includes a support period stated on its page, running from the date of handover. Support covers helping you operate the store and fixing faults in what we built. It does not cover new features, redesigns, ongoing store management, order fulfilment or running your advertising, all of which we are happy to quote for separately.
8. What we do not promise
We build stores. We do not, and cannot, promise sales, revenue, profit, traffic, rankings or any commercial outcome. Results depend on your products, pricing, suppliers, advertising, market and effort. Any figure shown anywhere on this site — in the break-even calculator, in examples, or in a client's own account of their results — is an illustration or that client's experience, not a forecast of yours and not a guarantee.
The store is delivered working as specified. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes or account actions taken by Shopify, payment providers, suppliers or advertising platforms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or other indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Acceptable use of this website
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems. The free store audit tool is provided for checking stores you own or are authorised to assess; its results are automated, indicative and offered without warranty.
11. Ending a project
Either of us may end a project in writing. What happens to money already paid is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may also stop work, with a refund of anything not yet worked against, if a client is abusive to our team or asks us to do something unlawful.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you paid your deposit, so a later change cannot alter a deal already agreed. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the right to bring a complaint before the consumer forum where you live.
Before anything formal, please contact us. Most disagreements are a misunderstanding about scope, and are settled in a WhatsApp conversation.
